It's the complete community bank compensation resource!  The Results of the 2007 Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma Salary & Compensation Survey will be available at the end of August!  In addition to the compensation information for over 80 job titles typical of Oklahoma community banks, the survey results now include comprehensive information from responding banks about their incentive compensation programs as well as all aspects of director compensation. It's all up to date with information being reported as of March 31, 2007.

For all officer and employee job titles - base salary averages, ranges, and percentage increases as well as average bonuses and experience.

         

For executive officers - average annual total compensation (base + bonus), automobile benefits and allowances, and director fees.
