Doug Gray – Managing Examiner; Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Oklahoma Office

Doug Gray is an Assistant Vice President in the Examination and Inspections department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City’s Oklahoma City Branch.  Doug joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 2000 and served as a field examiner for 6 years, specializing in Bank Secrecy Act, market and liquidity risk, and investment portfolio evaluations.  He manages a staff of examiners responsible for community bank safety and soundness examinations and is currently the Tenth District’s Partnership for Progress district coordinator providing support and assistance to minority-owned depository institutions (MDIs).  Doug holds a B.A. degree in Economics and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in Finance and MIS from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma.  Doug also earned a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter in 2005.  Prior to joining the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Doug worked in mortgage servicing with Midland Mortgage Co. in Oklahoma City, primarily managing the post-foreclosure processes for FHA and VA loans.
